About The Position

The Solutions Marketing team positions Fin to win in the market through compelling messaging, content, audience understanding, and field activation. The Director of Solutions will manage a team of solution marketers that will fundamentally help our revenue teams to be more effective and grow Fin ARR. This is a strategic role in the company, working directly with the senior leadership team. The Solutions Marketing team can be thought of as the solutions or outbound equivalent of a traditional product marketing team. Fin already has a product marketing team that works closely with product managers to understand our product, create messaging, and build assets for product launches, the Website and our field. The Solutions Marketing team on the other hand, will focus on our product as a whole and how to best message it to the various audience segments we care about, and then activate revenue teams with that knowledge and content.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product marketing or solutions marketing at a B2B SaaS company
• 4+ years as a manager leading product or solution marketers
• Experience in B2B SaaS and, ideally AI-native or AI-centric companies
• A track record of success across the organizations you've worked at
• Excellent written communication skills and strong editorial judgment. An innate desire to dispense with jargon and corporate speak and create simple yet compelling content.
• You’re product forward. You enjoy working with products, getting your hands dirty with the technology, and taking a product-first approach to marketing
• You are AI-forward in your work. You actively use AI to make yourself more productive and are very comfortable working within tools like Claude Cowork and Claude Code to move faster
• You’re AI forward in your interests. You're well past understanding the basics of the latest trends and technology shifts and enjoy getting into the next level of detail of where the market is going.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with the product marketing team and product and marketing executives on the company messaging Including how we articulate our differentiators to various audiences
• For industries that we prioritize, understanding what the buyer cares about and tailoring our messaging and content to win in that industry.
• Positioning Fin for enterprise audiences and supporting enterprise & ABM campaigns and sales cycles
• Building and managing our customer intelligence program so that our field is always confident and prepared to win every competitive deal
• Working closely with Product Marketing and Enablement teams to ensure that the field is equipped with the company, product, and competitive knowledge they need to win at a high rate.
• Supporting demand gen campaigns and sales plays with strategy, messaging, and content
