Success is measured through recurring-revenue growth, agreement penetration and renewal performance, service-project conversion, attach-rate improvement, estimating effectiveness, digital-service adoption, sales capability development, and consistent use of standardized Service Sales processes across North America. The position includes supervisory responsibilities that may cover centralized Service estimating, sales enablement, commercial operations, and other Service Sales support resources. The role generally works Monday through Friday, with overtime and on-call work when necessary. It requires customer and contractor site visits, driving to customer sites, and may require limited overnight travel; the listed travel requirement is 30–40%. Bosch associates have access to medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) with company match, life/AD&D/LTD, paid vacation/sick/holidays, an employee assistance program, pet insurance, and Bosch discount programs. The position is limited to individuals authorized to work in the U.S.; future sponsorship is unavailable.
