About The Position

Sprinklr is seeking a Director of Sales for the New England region. Sprinklr is an AI-native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM), enabling brands to deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale across all touchpoints. By integrating human insight with AI, Sprinklr fosters trust and loyalty through personalized and seamless customer interactions. The unified platform offers solutions for social media management, marketing, advertising, customer feedback, and contact center management, allowing enterprises to unify data, eliminate silos, and leverage real-time insights. Currently, over 1,900 enterprises, including 60% of the Fortune 100, utilize Sprinklr for consistent and trusted customer experiences globally.

Requirements

  • Experience leading top-tier sales teams, developing raw talent into reps within the top 10% of the salesforce.
  • 7-15 years of enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record in complex, enterprise-wide SaaS deals.
  • Proven leadership experience, having managed a team of at least 3 sales reps and a territory for a minimum of 3 years, achieving collective success against regional sales targets.
  • Genuine care for others, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Ability to challenge yourself to learn and empower others by sharing experiences.
  • Passion for the Customer Experience revolution and understanding how social media platforms impact large organizations.
  • Success in building relationships, valuing them as a core component of business success.
  • Ability to inspire a group of sales professionals to value relationships.
  • Consistently identify and attend industry events, leverage networks, travel, and pursue creative methods to engage reps and clients/prospects.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment both in and out of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage your territory, leading a team of reps to achieve and exceed an annual revenue target of $6-10 MM once established.
  • Inspire, engage, and enable your team by coaching best practices, assessing performance, building employee capacity, supporting professional development, and optimizing contributions to the region/department.
  • Actively support your team in client activities and deals, demonstrating expertise in closing strategic deals and leading by example.
  • Maintain high discipline, be comfortable with MEDDPICC/Force management, and utilize these tools and processes to drive team success.
  • Nurture an environment where reps consistently re-qualify deals, communicate effectively, and strive for excellence.
  • Direct the flow of sales activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders, and contracts.
  • Evaluate data, plan, and ensure district/area goals are met, identifying and mitigating potential problem areas.
  • Ensure sales objectives align with corporate strategies and policy frameworks.
  • Champion a productive partnership with other departments such as solutions consultancy and corporate marketing.
