Leads enterprise Sales, Order and Operational Planning strategy and execution. This role is essential for increasing data visibility between all Business Units and Operations functions, developing a robust SIOP process to balance demand and supply, improving forecast accuracy, and driving operational efficiency. The Director will collaborate with executive leadership, sales, operations, and finance to align business plans with strategic objectives, establish a regular cadence of SIOP meetings, and enable rapid reporting and visualization of business data. This position partners with key stakeholders to create innovative data solutions, processes, and strategic feedback loops, promoting a data-driven culture throughout the organization. Responsibilities include overseeing demand planning, translating demand into supply requirements, aligning production capacity and inventory, defining inventory strategies, leading change management, defining KPIs, and providing executive-level reporting.
