About The Position

Eaton’s IS GOLF Pride US division is currently seeking a SIOP Supply Planning Manager. This is a Full-Time role, based at our headquarters in Pinehurst, NC! Relocation benefits are available from within the United States! For five generations, Golf Pride® has been the global leader in golf grips. Throughout our history, Golf Pride® has believed in the importance of developing the best performing, most innovative grips for the world’s best golfers and amateurs alike. As the only brand that touches every golfer, we are obsessed with the connectedness of the hands to the club, and this inspires every Golf Pride employee in everything we do. Now entering our 75th year, Golf Pride is returning to the category disruption roots that got us started as we enter our next growth phase. While we may be #1, you should expect to see many parallels to a brand reinventing itself as we drive the change management needed to secure our desired transformation. The SIOP Supply Planning Manager leads the supply‑side execution of Golf Pride’s Integrated Business Planning (SIOP) process, translating consensus demand and financial targets into an executable, capacity‑constrained supply plan within Kinaxis. This role partners closely with Commercial Planning (Demand), FP&A, and Plant Supply Chain teams to ensure supply plans are realistic, balanced, and aligned to business objectives. This is a global people‑manager role, providing direct leadership to the Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) Planner and supporting end‑to‑end supply and inventory planning across four core sites: manufacturing plants in Taiwan and Thailand, and distribution centers in the United States and United Kingdom. The SIOP Supply Planning Manager owns the Supply Review step of the SIOP cycle and serves as the primary integrator of manufacturing capacity, long‑term capacity strategy, material availability, inventory policy, and network constraints across a rolling 18‑month planning horizon. In partnership with Plant SCM teams, this role leads long‑term capacity planning, identifying future capacity gaps, constraints, and trade‑offs, and ensuring supply risks and options are clearly surfaced to enable timely leadership decisions and executable SIOP outcomes. In addition, the SIOP Supply Planning Manager is accountable for network‑wide inventory strategy and positioning, ensuring inventory supports customer service commitments while meeting working capital and financial targets.

  • 2+ years of experience working with a large‑scale ERP / MRP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MFG Pro, or equivalent), including planning parameters, master data, and supply planning transactions
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and within the future
