About The Position

The Director of Rooms oversees the resort’s rooms operations, including Front Office and Housekeeping. The role ensures exceptional guest service by supervising daily operations, maintaining high guest satisfaction, and advancing service excellence using UniFocus Guest Survey results and Standards for Excellence programs. The Director leads and develops departmental teams, manages budgets and operational costs, monitors financial performance, and collaborates with senior leadership on strategic initiatives that support the resort’s long-term success.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in hotel or resort management, with a focus on rooms division.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
