About The Position

OpenLoop is seeking a Director of Revenue Systems & AI to lead the architecture, administration, and evolution of the revenue organization's tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, call recording, and conversation intelligence. This role focuses on building an AI-enabled tech stack from the ground up, aiming to enhance revenue team productivity by reducing friction, surfacing critical information, and eliminating manual tasks. The position requires a blend of building, strategic thinking, and pragmatism to set the technical vision, lead implementations, and ensure tools drive tangible results.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems roles
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce architecture and implementation
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and automation in GTM contexts
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, ideally as a marketing automation platform
  • Familiarity with call recording or conversation intelligence tools (Gong, Chorus, or similar)
  • Experience leading CRM migrations or major system transformations
  • Systems thinker with a strong bias toward scalable, clean architecture
  • Track record driving CRM adoption and data quality in fast-moving organizations
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator, able to build trust and translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and buildout of Salesforce for Sales and Customer Success, ensuring the data model, objects, and workflows support automation and AI.
  • Maintain Salesforce as the authoritative system of record for pipeline, revenue, and customer data.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to improve revenue team productivity.
  • Design and deploy automation to eliminate repetitive manual work across the GTM organization.
  • Own the full GTM tech stack: Salesforce for Sales and CS, HubSpot for Marketing, call recording and conversation intelligence tools, and additional GTM tooling.
  • Define system integrations and ensure seamless, reliable data flow across GTM tools.
  • Establish and enforce standards for system configuration, naming conventions, field management, and change control.
  • Drive CRM adoption and own data quality initiatives for trustworthy reporting and reliable forecasting.
  • Assess and implement new GTM tools, including emerging AI applications, balancing innovation with stack coherence and total cost of ownership.
  • Build out and lead a Systems team spanning CRM administration, marketing automation, and GTM tooling.
