About The Position

Noibu is a leading ecommerce analytics & monitoring platform designed to help retailers protect and grow online revenue. It unifies site monitoring, experience analytics, and conversion growth opportunities, capturing essential end-to-end shopping data without the complexity of traditional tools. Noibu identifies critical site errors, performance issues, and customer journey friction that hinder conversions, linking each insight to business impact, session replays, and technical context. This enables ecommerce teams to quickly understand issues and prioritize actions, even without dedicated analytics staff, leading to faster decisions, improved collaboration, optimized customer experiences, and revenue growth. This role is for a senior, hands-on Revenue Operations leader responsible for the end-to-end ownership of Noibu's systems, analytics, and automation stack. The individual will manage an existing operation including Salesforce, commissions processes, and various reporting and automation projects, with the goal of cleaning, modernizing, and scaling these systems. This is a founding-level individual contributor role reporting directly to the CEO, offering significant influence over the revenue engine, broad visibility into company strategy, and autonomy in making architectural decisions. The ideal candidate is excited about full ownership, direct executive partnership, and leveraging modern AI tooling to enhance the efficiency of a one-person operations function.
