About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Head of Revenue Operations to serve as the architect of our go-to-market engine. In this role, you will be responsible for building a clear, predictable path to global growth working across sales, operations, and finance. Reporting directly to our CRO, you will provide data-driven insights that drive high-stakes business decisions and ensure the scalability of our revenue operations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
  • Experience in a high-growth marketplace or tech-enabled services environment
  • Proven success scaling revenue operations across multiple regions
  • Experience working closely with executive leadership and influencing strategy
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot, creating workflows and automations and driving adoption across the org.
  • Obsessed with delivering accurate and on time work
  • A proven ability to not just report numbers, but to diagnose the operational problems behind them and fix broken processes.
  • Ability to connect day-to-day operational fixes to the company’s high-level revenue goals and long-term scalability.
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and comfort with the data layer (SQL basics) to interpret and validate data for executive decisions.
  • Comfortable with speaking with the Leadership Team (CRO, CFO, CEO)

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global Revenue Operations strategy aligned to company growth targets
  • Own and manage our HubSpot tech stack to create a single source of truth for all revenue data across Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.
  • Build and maintain advanced dashboards and forecasting models (including ARR and CAC) to support revenue predictability and provide a clear view of business health.
  • Analyze the full revenue lifecycle (lead → deal → delivery → renewal) to identify inefficiencies and create a scalable playbook
  • Introduce automation to eliminate manual workflows and increase team productivity and improve conversion, cycle time, and forecasting accuracy
  • Partner with Finance to produce reliable bookings forecasts and lead strategic roadmap planning for the RevOps function
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on revenue performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Support Sales leadership with territory planning, quota setting, and performance management
