About The Position

Under the general supervision of the Executive Director of Finance or designee, the Director of Revenue Audit Operations leads and oversees all revenue audit functions for the property. The role ensures consistent application of audit standards, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across the property. The Director establishes policies and procedures, reviews audit results, and ensures accurate reporting of gaming and non-gaming revenues in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), and Navajo Nation Gaming Regulatory Office (NNGRO) requirements. The position provides strategic direction to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial reporting; helps protect enterprise assets and identify operational risks; and ensures revenue activities are documented, reviewed, and properly reconciled. The role requires strict confidentiality of privileged information.
