About The Position

Under the general supervision of the Executive Director of Finance, the Director of Revenue Audit Operations leads and oversees all revenue audit functions for the property. The role ensures consistent application of audit standards, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across the property. It establishes policies and procedures, reviews audit results, and ensures accurate reporting of gaming and non-gaming revenues in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), and Navajo Nation Gaming Regulatory Office (NNGRO) requirements. The Director provides strategic direction to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting, helps protect enterprise assets, identifies operational risks, and ensures revenue activities are properly documented, reviewed, and reconciled. The position maintains strict confidentiality of privileged information.
