About The Position

Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is expanding its Commercial Division and seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead its growing portfolio of retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio, contribute to strategic growth, and make a significant impact on the company's commercial platform. The ideal candidate will enjoy both hands-on operations and strategic development, working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with strong leadership support.

Requirements

3-5+ years in commercial property management (retail + industrial required)
Strong experience with CAM reconciliations + lease administration
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple assets
Proficiency in Yardi Voyager (Commercial)
Experience in driving leasing performance, tenant mix strategy, and vacancy reduction
Ability to think strategically around marketing, positioning, and asset competitiveness in the market
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Based in or willing to travel across LA & OC

Nice To Haves

CPM, RPA, or Real Estate License
Experience collaborating with brokers, leasing teams, or executing lease-up strategies

Responsibilities

Oversee the operational and financial performance of a commercial portfolio
Partner with ownership groups and stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights
Manage CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting
Support tenant relations, retention efforts, and lease execution
Coordinate capital improvements and property enhancement projects
Supervise vendors, contractors, and site-level teams
Conduct regular property visits across LA & OC
Utilize Yardi Voyager (Commercial) for reporting and financial tracking
Collaborate on leasing strategy and occupancy growth initiatives
