About The Position

The role is for a rehabilitation professional (RPT, PTA, OTR, OTA, or SLP) passionate about providing high-quality care to patients and residents as part of a high-energy, interdisciplinary team. The facility serves people with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offers opportunities to develop programs in neuro rehabilitation, cognition, diet, return to home, and other areas. Vital Therapy is a growing network of more than 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, Oklahoma.
