About The Position

The Director of Rehab supports the RM, RVP, and Operations Team in ensuring the efficient operation of the facility rehabilitation department. The role serves as a liaison between Functional Pathways, the facility, and rehabilitation staff, coordinating and integrating care. The position is open to licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants.

Requirements

For PTA candidates: an associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program; for PT candidates: at least a bachelor's degree in science from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Meet all certification and licensure requirements established by state and national board associations.
Hold an active state license.
Complete all required screenings, certifications, and licensure requirements; screening requirements may vary by location.
Comprehensive leadership skills and ability to supervise.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Competence in maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education activities.

Nice To Haves

Two years of clinical experience, preferably including geriatric care.
Management experience in a skilled setting.
