About The Position
Brownfield Rehabilitation & Care, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full-time PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or OTA to lead its in-house therapy team. The role is for a therapy leader passionate about providing high-quality care to patients and residents and working with a high-energy interdisciplinary therapy team. The center treats a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offers opportunities to develop programs in cognition, ADLs, functional maintenance, balance, gait, mobility, and group activities. Ongoing training and career development are provided, and the center is developing an outpatient program. PRN schedules are also available. Vital Therapy is a network of more than 100 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, Oklahoma. The organization emphasizes in-house therapy, patient and resident wellbeing, leadership development, and quality of care.
Requirements
- Hold a license in the state of Texas.
- Demonstrated therapy leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the in-house therapy team.
- Deliver quality care to patients and residents.
- Develop therapy programs in cognition, ADLs, functional maintenance, balance, gait, mobility, and group activities.
