About The Position

The Director of Rehabilitation Services leads the development, management, and operation of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services at Sugar Land Rehab. The role includes administrative oversight of staffing, program development, budgets, program evaluation, quality assurance, risk management, and marketing support. The director also provides a defined percentage of patient care on a regular basis. Requirements

Current license as a PT, OT, or SLP in the state where the hospital is located.
Current BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree preferred.
At least two years in a supervisory role preferred.
