About The Position
The Director of Rehabilitation Services develops, manages, and operates inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services. The role includes staffing, program development, budget development and monitoring, program evaluation, quality assurance, risk management, and marketing support. The director also provides a defined percentage of patient care on a regular basis. PAM Health describes its work as providing specialty healthcare services and compassionate, expert post-acute care. Requirements
- Current license as a PT, OT, or SLP in the state where the hospital is located.
- Current BLS certification.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years in a supervisory role preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and operate inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.
- Manage staffing and program development.
- Develop and monitor budgets.
- Evaluate programs and support quality assurance and risk management.
- Provide marketing support relating to the rehabilitation program.
- Provide a defined percentage of patient care on a regular basis.
