About The Position
RIVER VALLEY NURSING & REHABILITATION, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full-time Director of Rehabilitation for its in-house therapy team. The center serves patients with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offers opportunities to create programs in areas such as cognition, functional mobility, balance, and wound care. The organization provides ongoing training and career development, with advancement opportunities as it grows. Vital Therapy operates a network of more than 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, Oklahoma, and emphasizes in-house therapy, patient and resident well-being, leadership development, and quality of care.
Requirements
- Texas PTA license is required.
