Requirements

• Hold, or be able to obtain, an active license in California as an RPT, OTR, SLP, or COTA.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership over therapy care to patients in a post-acute setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness.
