Director of Product
About The Position
ProEdge Dental Water Labs is seeking a Director of Product to lead the execution of our product vision. This role involves building solutions customers love, improving measurable outcomes in compliance and retention, and expanding our offering over the next three years. The Director of Product will own much of the product development lifecycle, including ideation, strategy, development, validation, and post-launch optimization. This is a senior leadership role in a fast-growing organization where the individual will own researching new opportunities, piloting solutions with dental’s largest customers, innovating the revenue model, and unifying a diverse cross-functional team around one clear roadmap and standard of excellence. The ideal candidate is an ambitious leader who consistently delivers results and pushes for tangible value innovation, while leading with humility, transparency, and collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop at least one new market-shaking product per year (either through internal development or acquisition)
- Develop innovative digital product features that make marked improvement in customer compliance and auto-ship subscriptions
- Spearhead the quarterly release of scientific and compliance data insights fueling our brand as thought-leader in 12 months
- Accelerate enhancements to existing products, ensuring 3 improvements make it to market in the next 16 months
- Craft a data-driven multi-year product roadmap with clear market analysis by 18 months
- Architect innovative revenue models around our digital platform.

- Salary range of $180,000 to $220,000 plus annual bonus based on performance/profitability
