About The Position

EnvisionWare is hiring a Director of Product to own product strategy and roadmap execution across a portfolio of 40+ products serving public libraries worldwide. This is not a backfill — it is a new function built from scratch as part of a company-wide AI-first transformation. You will be the only Product leader on day one, reporting directly to the GM, making explicit kill / stabilize / accelerate decisions across ~10 product families. The right person is a sharp prioritizer who already uses AI in their daily product workflow and wants to define how a real product company builds software in an AI-first world. AI compresses the discovery-to-spec cycle dramatically — but you own every product decision. The AI drafts. You decide.

Requirements

• 10+ years of end-to-end product ownership in B2B software or operationally complex environments
• Multi-product portfolio experience — you've managed competing priorities across product lines, not just a single product
• Strong commercial instincts — you understand how roadmap choices affect revenue, support burden, and customer credibility
• Evidence of already using AI in daily product work, not just curiosity about it
• Comfort making high-stakes decisions with incomplete data
• A humble, self-directed operator who can build a function from one seat without waiting for a large team or a polished environment
