About The Position

Aria InsurTech is hiring a Director of Product to own its software platform end to end. The platform is used by life insurance agents to sign up, buy leads, and access training. The Director of Product will identify agent needs, work with leadership to decide what to build, lead developers through delivery, and ensure features work and are adopted. This role works directly with the CEO and leadership team and runs its own department, with the opportunity to grow as the company grows. The role spans product discovery, prioritization, planning, development coordination, quality testing, launch, and ongoing platform performance. The Director will gather feedback from agents, sales, and operations; use platform usage data to identify problems and opportunities; translate decisions into mockups and clear developer tasks; oversee the developers’ day-to-day work; and report product outcomes to leadership. The role also ensures the platform remains fast, secure, and reliable, and that the company retains control of its code, accounts, and data. Aria InsurTech helps life insurance agents find clients and grow their businesses through lead purchases and training programs. The company was started by life insurance agents and aims to become the number one platform for life insurance agents in North America.
