About The Position

Celero Communications is seeking an entrepreneurial, commercially driven Marketing Director to build and lead the global go-to-market strategy for its next-generation Digital Signal Processor (DSP) product line. This early-stage leadership role will bridge advanced chip design and global market adoption by translating technical architecture into compelling commercial solutions. The position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, including technical content development, global campaigns, and securing early customer design wins. The Director will support corporate growth, product adoption, and brand awareness; define multi-year product vision and roadmaps using market data and ROI; and develop pricing, margin targets, value propositions, and go-to-market plans. The role will translate DSP architecture and hyperscaler networking requirements into product messaging and performance specifications, gather market and customer intelligence to guide R&D, and lead ecosystem marketing for complementary components. The Director will work across engineering, design, supply chain, sales, and executive leadership, while building marketing materials and processes from the ground up in a fast-paced startup environment.
