Director of Product Marketing

Sitecore•Washington, DC

About The Position

Scrunch, a Sitecore company, is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to establish and lead Product Marketing as a strategic business capability during a pivotal stage of growth. The role will assess the business, identify high-value gaps, and create the strategy, operating rhythms, and deliverables needed to bring products to market effectively. As the senior Product Marketing leader dedicated to Scrunch, this person will connect Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Partners, and Sitecore leadership, influence product and go-to-market strategy, and translate customer needs, market signals, and roadmap changes into an executable Product Marketing plan. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant ownership. The Director will personally lead strategic initiatives while helping shape how Product Marketing operates across the business. The role may offer opportunities to mentor, develop, and potentially manage Product Marketing talent as the organization grows, though immediate people management is not guaranteed. Scrunch helps marketing teams improve how their products and services are discovered and surfaced on AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. More than 500 paying brands use its platform. The role offers the opportunity to shape how Scrunch takes its products to market and how brands understand the emerging category of AI search visibility and optimization.
