About the position
This role is for a remote position at Hotjar, a company that develops Product Experience Insights software for digital product teams. As the leader in Product and Customer Marketing, you will be responsible for effectively launching products and driving customer-centric initiatives. You will lead a team of Product Marketing and Lifecycle Managers, collaborate with various teams within the company, and establish clear goals for success. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Product Marketing and Customer Marketing, including successful product launches and creating and executing Go to Market Strategies.
Responsibilities
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Customer Marketing
- Demonstrated track record of successful product launches
- Experience leading a team of Product Marketing Managers
- Experience in hiring and coaching
- Ability to create and execute a Go to Market Strategy
- Collaboration with partners across various business functions
- Understanding of B2B SaaS or B2C subscription business mechanics, metrics, and levers
- Passion for building new things with a team
- Leadership with empathy and passion for results
- Desire to work in a respectful, transparent, and collaborative work environment
- Willingness to undergo a background check

- Compensation range of €125,000 to €165,000 annually
- Offers typically fall in the range of €135,000 to €140,000, based on experience, skills, and equity
