Director of Product Management & Revenue Cycle AI Products

VisiQuate, Inc.
•$175,000 - $215,000

About The Position

VisiQuate is hiring a Director of Product Management to own a portfolio of AI-native healthcare revenue cycle products as a business service line. The role is accountable for market success, client cash outcomes, and profitable growth—not just features and a backlog. The Director develops deep knowledge of the market, buyers, client problems, competitors, delivery costs, pricing, pilots, and go-to-market strategy. The role leads through influence across Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing; these teams do not report to the Director. Responsibilities span client and market research, competitive and EHR ecosystem analysis, service-line strategy and economics, product specifications and Agile delivery, AI quality and safety, pilot execution and client outcomes, go-to-market enablement, and regular business reviews with leadership. The Director runs the Product Development Lifecycle with AI integrated into each phase and human accountability at every gate. They use AI for discovery, research synthesis, specifications, prototyping, and analysis, and may build working demos and prototypes with tools such as Claude Code. New products progress from concept pitch through demos, a pilot client, go-live, and general availability. The role maintains the product home in Notion and roadmap in GitHub. In the first year, success includes presenting a strong view of the market, competitors, and EHR landscape; securing an approved strategy, business case, and roadmap linked to cash outcomes; launching and measuring at least one pilot with referenceable ROI; enabling Sales to demo and pitch products independently; tracking pricing and margin against client value and delivery costs; and running business reviews that inform leadership decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of hands-on healthcare revenue cycle experience as a subject matter expert, with depth in one or more of denials and appeals, patient access and financial clearance, payment integrity and underpayments, A/R follow-up, or payer contracts and policy.
  • At least 8 years of Product Management experience on complex SaaS or enterprise products, with clear ownership of business results.
  • Working knowledge of 837/835 data, CARC/RARC codes, and EHR workflows such as Epic and Oracle Health/Cerner.
  • Experience with AI/ML, automation, or agentic products, and direct use of AI prototyping tools.
  • Experience owning pricing, packaging, or a business case through to revenue.
  • Strong technical fluency to partner with engineers, data scientists, and architects.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS economics, including adoption, retention, expansion, and margin.
  • Comfort working with clients, Sales, and executives, and a mindset that combines speed with rigor.

  • Keep the service line’s product home current in Notion and its roadmap current in GitHub.
