As Director of People and Culture, you will play a key role in shaping an organizational culture where staff feel valued, supported, and connected to our mission. This role balances managing compliance and operations while fostering a workplace rooted in belonging, joy, collaboration, and our LERD values. In this senior leadership role reporting to the Executive Director, you will oversee all aspects of people operations and culture, including recruiting, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, compensation, and benefits design. With one direct report, you will provide both strategic direction and day-to-day oversight of core HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who is values-driven, adaptable, and deeply relational — someone who believes strong culture and strong people practices are essential to meaningful mission-driven work.
