The Marriott Boston Quincy is seeking a Director of Human Resources, People and Culture. This role is ideal for an HR leader who thrives in hospitality, understands the pace and complexity of a full-service hotel operation, and believes Human Resources should be a visible, operationally engaged partner to every department in the hotel. The Director of Human Resources serves as a key member of the hotel Executive Committee and provides strategic leadership across all areas of associate relations, engagement, leadership development, recruitment, training, performance management, culture-building, and HR compliance. This role will focus heavily on strengthening associate engagement, fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture, and developing leaders at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate is highly visible, approachable, operationally engaged, and passionate about creating meaningful associate experiences that ultimately elevate the guest experience. This position is 100% on-property.
