About the position
The job overview for this role is that Simon Data is seeking a hands-on leader to manage large strategic partnerships and lead the vision for their Snowflake partnership. This person will work closely with Snowflake and Simon Data teams to create unified storylines, develop positioning strategies, and identify opportunities to elevate Snowflake's position in customer accounts. They will also be responsible for developing co-selling programs, enabling training, and leading the strategic vision for joint demos and product growth opportunities. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in a technology partnership role within an agency or SaaS company.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Snowflake and Simon Data sellers, marketing, and leadership to create unified storylines and highlight joint customer value
- Develop positioning strategies and material alongside Simon’s Partnership and Marketing Teams
- Constantly test and iterate on concepts or ideas, with a focus on action rather than perfection
- Identify opportunities to elevate Snowflake’s position in customer and prospects accounts
- Develop and deliver co-selling program and enablement training to Simon and Snowflake sellers
- Work with Partner Marketing to develop case studies, pitch decks, webinars, and event material
- Lead strategic vision for joint demo approach and deployment with Solution Engineering
- Identify new product growth opportunities with new Snowflake capabilities and develop a business case for Product roadmap prioritization
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a technology partnership role within an agency or SaaS company, preferably in Marketing Technology or Data Management Tools
- Experience in growing large scale partnerships and navigating complex organizations to achieve mutual targets
- Strong ability to work directly with Snowflake and Simon Data sellers, marketing, and leadership to create unified storylines and highlight joint customer value
- Ability to develop positioning strategies and material alongside Simon's Partnership and Marketing Teams
- Proven track record of identifying opportunities to elevate Snowflake's position in customer and prospect accounts
- Experience in developing and delivering co-selling programs and enablement training to Simon and Snowflake sellers
- Ability to work with Partner Marketing to develop case studies, pitch decks, webinars, and event materials
- Strong strategic vision for joint demo approach and deployment with Solution Engineering
- Ability to identify new product growth opportunities with new Snowflake capabilities and develop a business case for Product roadmap prioritization
