About The Position

This position provides strategic and operational leadership for home care services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. The role oversees day-to-day operations, financial performance, and staff management. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director works collaboratively with clinical and administrative leaders to advance service excellence, operational efficiency, and innovation in care models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for home care services in alignment with organizational goals, driving performance, compliance, and growth.
• Monitor KPIs, implement quality improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to best practices, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and manage budgets, identify cost-saving and revenue opportunities, and collaborate with finance teams to optimize billing and reimbursement processes.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing staff while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with internal departments and external stakeholders to enhance care coordination, patient satisfaction, and community relationships.
