About The Position

Pathfinder Senior Living in Fremont, Nebraska, is hiring a Director of Nursing (RN or LPN). The role administers and manages Nursing Services for residents in accordance with physician orders and residents’ overall needs. The Director of Nursing provides 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and directs the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care. In the Administrator’s absence, the Director of Nursing assumes responsibility for center operations.

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where practicing.
• Prior experience in an LTC, SNF, AL, or MC setting.
• Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• A passion for working with seniors.
• Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.

Responsibilities
