UniGroup is seeking a Director of National Account Development to drive growth within our corporate relocation and workforce mobility business. This strategic individual contributor will partner closely with leading agency partners to identify, pursue, and develop new national account opportunities across the United States. In this role, you will build relationships with HR executives, talent acquisition leaders, mobility professionals, and other corporate decision-makers responsible for workforce mobility and relocation programs. You will develop targeted prospect pipelines, uncover new business opportunities, and support strategic sales initiatives that help organizations relocate and mobilize talent. Success in this role requires a consultative approach, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across a diverse network of stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive business development professional who enjoys creating opportunities, building trust, and connecting people.
