About The Position

We are looking for our Director of Marketing. In this position you will lead our marketing function on a small, high-impact team, setting the strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute it. You'll work closely with members of the revenue organization to build pipeline, sharpen our brand, and help grow the business. This isn't a role where you manage from a distance. You'll be writing, building, launching, testing, and analyzing alongside the team. We want someone creative who isn't afraid to try new things, loves experimenting with fresh ideas, and knows how to measure what works. Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience, with significant time in B2B software, SaaS, or tech.
• Proven experience leading marketing on a lean team where you were both the strategist and the doer.
• A creative mindset and a track record of trying new approaches, learning quickly, and iterating.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Advanced experience in HubSpot, including marketing automation.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to set goals, track performance, and make decisions.
• Ability to work cross functionally with marketing, sales, product, and customer success to drive alignment.
• Superb organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• ComboCurve's marketing strategy across brand, content, demand generation, product marketing, and events.
• Creating an organized plan for successful, meaningful events throughout the year.
• Campaigns, from concept and copy to launch and performance analysis.
• Working with sales, customer success, and account management to improve inbound lead flow, qualification, follow-up, and customer marketing.
• Working with product to shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for new features and launches.
• The Marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce integration, and Google Analytics.
• Dashboards and reporting that give clear visibility into campaign results, funnel performance, and marketing's contribution to revenue.
• Developing and refining lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture programs based on persona, behavior, and customer journey.
• Keeping a close eye on the market and competitors so our story stays sharp and differentiated.
