About The Position

The Director of Marketing leads New Charter Technologies' marketing function, overseeing National strategy and execution, demand generation, campaign content and execution, and MDF. This senior leader is responsible for building and executing an integrated marketing strategy that drives pipeline, supports the sales organization, and elevates New Charter's presence in the managed services and technology solutions market.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a marketing leadership role.
  • Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and integrated campaign management.
  • Experience in IT services, managed services (MSP), or technology solutions strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft partner marketing programs and MDF/co-op funding preferred.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize marketing ROI.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead New Charter's overarching marketing strategy in alignment with revenue and growth objectives.
  • Own and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources across demand generation, brands, and content.
  • Lead and grow the marketing team, including Campaign Managers, MDF Manager, and marketing community functions.
  • Build and optimize demand generation programs across digital, email, events, and partner channels.
  • Oversee market positioning for New Charter and its operating companies.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to align marketing programs with pipeline targets and sales plays.
  • Manage co-marketing and MDF programs with key technology partners.
  • Develop content strategy including thought leadership, case studies, sales enablement materials, and web content.
  • Oversee marketing analytics and reporting; track and communicate ROI on marketing investments.
  • Partner with HR on employer brand and talent acquisition marketing efforts.
