Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and driving results.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing performance.
- Proven ability to think strategically while executing effectively.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
- Embodiment of core values: Care, Serve, and Improve.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, creating a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while mentoring and developing marketing professionals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy that elevates the Stylecraft name and strengthens market presence.
- Create and optimize campaigns that generate qualified traffic and leads, supporting community sales goals.
- Manage and continuously improve all aspects of the digital ecosystem, including website performance and SEO, search engine visibility and AI-generated search results, online reputation management and review platforms, third-party home listing and search sites, and social media strategy for customer engagement and recruiting.
- Develop compelling, on-brand content that showcases homes, communities, culture, and values across digital, print, and in-person channels.
