Tiger Tracks is seeking its first Director of Marketing to establish a robust marketing engine that will transform the company from a referral-driven agency to a recognized brand for enterprise buyers. This role is focused on performance marketing, where the product being marketed is a performance marketing agency itself. The Director will have full ownership of all marketing activities, including content, SEO, paid acquisition, thought leadership, website management, email marketing, and events. A key objective will be direct accountability for a Tier-1 inbound lead generation OKR. The position reports directly to the CEO, comes with full budget authority, and involves building a marketing team from the ground up.
