The Director of MarCom oversees the entire Marketing/Communication department. This role will be a "Force Multiplier" for the Sales Team, building a high-tech engine powered by AI and Predictive Analytics. The position is responsible for driving brand awareness, managing complex industry relationships, and continuing to implement modern Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to accelerate revenue across all offices.
