Paramount Direct-to-Consumer is seeking a seasoned campaign manager with an avid interest in leveraging operational knowledge to enable technology into everyday Marketing workflows. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing Operations, the Director will be in charge of supporting both martech enablement and campaign management workstreams. This role involves leading AI and martech enablement initiatives, developing training programs, facilitating the AI request and vetting process, and supporting solution evaluations. The Director will advise on MarTech efficiencies, act as a point person for AI-related questions, synthesize project efforts, and support leadership reporting. Additionally, the Director will manage multi-title marketing campaigns, setting the operational blueprint and acting as the executional glue throughout each phase. This includes creating timelines, facilitating milestones, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and collaborating with various teams such as Marketing Strategy, Media, Creative, Production, PR, Legal, and Partnerships to ensure campaigns are executed to plan.
