About The Position

ProEdge Dental Water Labs is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead their marketing vision, aiming to transition from a leading single-category manufacturer to the most trusted partner in dental compliance solutions within three years. This senior leadership role involves owning the entire customer journey, from positioning and campaign strategy to creative development, multi-channel execution, performance measurement, and continuous optimization. The successful candidate will steward a purposeful brand, establish a comprehensive lifecycle marketing system to drive customer expansion and retention, innovate tribe-building campaigns and educational resources, and direct a team of creative marketers. The company is experiencing high growth, with 20-25% YOY revenue growth for the past three years, and has recently launched a new product category with more planned. This role requires a leader excited to contribute to the company's next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive measurable increases in brand awareness and affinity, shifting perception from a specialty manufacturer to an indispensable compliance partner.
  • Deploy an end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing system to deliver a consistent pipeline of new MQLs that feed the SQL pipeline.
  • Maintain ProEdge’s reputation as the go-to educational authority in its product categories.
  • Strengthen strategic distribution partnerships and drive deeper penetration into independent dental practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership to align Marketing and Sales through shared ownership of revenue objectives and sales enablement.
  • Drive rapid adoption and active usage of ProEdge’s digital compliance solution to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Lead Marketing’s contribution to doubling market share growth in the water treatment category and maintaining market dominance in water testing over the next three years.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $180,000 to $220,000 plus annual bonus based on performance/profitability
