We are seeking a strategic, systems-minded Director of Marketing Operations to lead the infrastructure, technology, and operational engine that powers our marketing organization. This leader will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing tech stack, lifecycle/email marketing operations, data governance, AI-driven transformation initiatives, campaign execution infrastructure, and delivering strategy and performance insights. This is a highly cross-functional role that reports into Demand Generation and partners closely with Revops, Sales, Client Success, Product Marketing, and Finance. The Director of Marketing Operations ensures our marketing programs are efficient, scalable, data-driven, operationally sound, and tightly aligned to revenue outcomes.
