About the position
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts as we continue to scale and reach new heights. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape and a proven track record in building and executing marketing strategies that drive growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Nansen's overall business objectives
- Lead and manage a globally distributed, high performing and results-driven marketing team
- Drive a data-driven approach to marketing by setting up effective KPIs and measurement systems
- Develop a strong understanding of Nansen's target audience and customer segments
- Create targeted and engaging content across multiple platforms, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, webinars, and more
- Collaborate with the Product and Sales teams to develop product messaging and positioning
- Oversee Nansen's digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing campaigns
- Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape and industry trends
- Maximize visibility, brand awareness, and growth within the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the cryptocurrency industry
- Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape
- Proven track record in building and executing marketing strategies that drive growth
- Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Experience leading and managing a globally distributed, high performing marketing team
- Data-driven approach to marketing with the ability to set up effective KPIs and measurement systems
- Strong understanding of target audience and customer segments
- Ability to create targeted and engaging content across multiple platforms
- Collaboration skills to work with Product and Sales teams in developing product messaging and positioning
- Experience in overseeing digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing campaigns
