About the position
Nansen is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to join their expanding User Operations team. The role involves engaging with community users, addressing customer inquiries, and providing support to high-tier users. The Community Manager will play a crucial role in fostering community relationships, managing user support, and assisting with data analysis to improve customer experience. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and efficiency of the company's products through the development of models and tools.
Responsibilities
- Engage with community users by sharing research insights, introducing members to each other, and facilitating engaging discussions
- Cultivate and manage community relationships on Discord
- Assist with the data and reporting on KPIs and help identify the right metrics to make meaningful sense of customer issues
- Own and manage the user support journey, ensuring a world-class experience for users
- Develop models and tools that empower teams to create enhanced products and derive insights that fuel growth and efficiency
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in community management or customer support
- Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency
- Ability to engage with users and facilitate discussions
- Proficiency in managing community relationships on Discord
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting on KPIs
- Ability to identify and address customer issues effectively
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to create models and tools for product enhancement and growth insights
