About The Position

Suncrest At Brighton/Suncrest Hospice aims to provide exceptional hospice care and service by increasing staff-to-patient ratios, increasing clinical visits, and lowering clinician caseloads. The Director of Intake works closely with the business development team and referral sources and directs the day-to-day operations of the Intake Coordination team. The role participates in the Administrator on Call rotation every sixth week.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing in the state(s) of practice.
• At least 1 year of hospice experience and 2 years of nursing experience.
• Willingness to drive, with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Patience, motivation, and a positive attitude.
• Leadership skills and ability to inspire the trust of others.
• Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities, give and welcome feedback, and demonstrate objectivity and openness to others’ views.

• Hospice or home health experience.

Responsibilities
