About The Position

Doctronic is the #1 AI doctor, offering free, anonymous, and HIPAA-compliant AI consults. In December 2025, Doctronic became the first AI legally authorized to practice medicine and the first AI granted medical malpractice insurance. The company is live in all 50 states and DC with 24/7 AI and human physician availability, having raised $65M through Series B funding. Doctronic is now building its enterprise organization to serve health plans, health systems, and the wider healthcare ecosystem. This role is responsible for all activities following a partner's signature.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in implementation, professional services, technical program management, or solutions delivery.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience delivering technical integrations into regulated enterprises (health systems, payers, pharmacy, or financial services).
  • Technical fluency in APIs, webhooks, SSO, and healthcare data standards such as FHIR.
  • Proven ability to decline customer requests while maintaining relationships.
  • Experience building processes where none existed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to run meetings effectively.
  • Based in New York City or willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

  • FHIR R4, HL7, or direct Epic or Cerner integration experience.
  • Experience running a pod, squad, or forward-deployed engineering model.
  • Telehealth or clinical workflow delivery experience.
  • Experience introducing self-service tooling or a partner portal.
  • Experience owning a technical SLA and associated support tiering.

Responsibilities

  • Own the launch of every enterprise partnership from signature to go-live, across co-branded deployments, embedded chat, and API integrations.
  • Build and lead delivery pods, each pairing a deployment strategist with one to two solutions engineers.
  • Own the requirements document and manage scope, directing new requests to the deal desk and product teams.
  • Own the technical service level agreement and delivery commitments made in statements of work.
  • Establish the launch playbook, including internal and external kickoffs, build, QA, clinical readiness, go-live, and post-launch retrospectives.
  • Manage the handoff from sales to ensure all necessary information is reviewed before partner kickoffs.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Product Lead to increase the use of existing product features for partner requirements.
  • Oversee the reuse verdict after each launch, templating, productizing, or retiring solutions.
  • Serve as the escalation path for partners, reducing the need for engineering intervention.
