About The Position
The Director of Human Resources role is with Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center (PBBHC), a brand-new, mission-driven organization working to expand access to behavioral healthcare across West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico. The role offers the opportunity to help build programs, shape organizational culture, and contribute to the center’s work of transforming lives and restoring hope. The position is based in Midland, Texas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 2–5 years of direct human resources management experience.
- Prior healthcare experience with a strong recruitment background.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
- SHRM certification is a plus.
