About The Position

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading all people-related strategies and initiatives across Texas Coffee Operations. This role serves as a key business partner to executive leadership and is responsible for building scalable HR programs that support growth, employee engagement, compliance, leadership development, talent acquisition, and company culture. As the company continues to expand across multiple markets, the Director of HR will develop and implement people strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws. This position plays a critical role in cultivating a positive employee experience that aligns with our purpose, values, and commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee recruiting strategies for all positions across the organization.
  • Partner with Operations leadership to forecast staffing needs and build talent pipelines.
  • Oversee applicant tracking systems and hiring processes.
  • Establish recruiting metrics and reporting to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Ensure consistent and equitable hiring practices across all markets.
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and high-performance work environment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership regarding employee relations matters.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations regarding workplace concerns.
  • Support conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Champion company culture and ensure alignment with organizational values.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs for managers and future leaders.
  • Partner with Operations and Training teams to create career pathing opportunities.
  • Support succession planning and internal promotion strategies.
  • Develop performance management programs and coaching resources.
