Position Overview The Director of Housekeeping is responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service throughout the property. This individual will play a key role in shaping the overall guest experience through thoughtful execution and attention to detail.

Requirements

Previous leadership experience in housekeeping within a luxury or high-end environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays
Active role requiring regular movement throughout the property

Responsibilities

Lead all housekeeping functions to ensure consistently high standards across guest rooms and shared spaces
Maintain a pristine and well-organized environment throughout the property
Support the delivery of personalized guest experiences through attention to detail and service readiness
Anticipate guest needs and ensure spaces are prepared accordingly
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
Foster a collaborative and professional work environment
Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless daily operations
Support efficient communication and service delivery across teams
Manage departmental resources, including labor and inventory
Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Uphold all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
