The Director of Housekeeping is responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service throughout the property. Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience in housekeeping within a luxury or high-end environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays
  • Active role requiring regular movement throughout the property

Responsibilities

  • Lead all housekeeping functions to ensure consistently high standards across guest rooms and shared spaces
  • Maintain a pristine and well-organized environment throughout the property
  • Support the delivery of personalized guest experiences through attention to detail and service readiness
  • Anticipate guest needs and ensure spaces are prepared accordingly
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Foster a collaborative and professional work environment
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Support efficient communication and service delivery across teams
  • Manage departmental resources, including labor and inventory
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
