Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Degree in Travel Industry Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable job knowledge and skills can be acquired.
- 2 years supervisory and operational experience with housekeeping operations is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping, pool and public area operations ensuring quality guest services while maintaining operating expenses and meeting budgeted guidelines.
- Coordinate with management and other department heads to develop and implement housekeeping preventative maintenance and quality control programs.
- Assists with hotel property inspections of the building’s interior and exterior and compliance with safety standards.
- Perform administrative duties including employee scheduling, payroll documentation, assignment of duties, occupancy forecasts, linen inventories, and employee evaluations and counseling.
