About The Position
The Director of Food Service manages the food service operation under the direction of the System Director of Food & Nutrition & Environmental Services. The role ensures compliance with department regulations and procedures and with guidelines from administrative and accrediting agencies. The director also assists in developing food service standards, policies, and procedures. PAM Health is a specialty healthcare provider with more than 80 locations, wound clinics, and outpatient physical therapy locations across 17 states. Requirements
- Associate degree in general dietetics meeting the approval of the American Dietetic Association (ADA), or qualifying experience that may include completion of an accredited food production management course in place of a degree.
- 3–5 years of experience coordinating food or environmental services in a hospital, hospitality, or academic setting.
